COLD DAWN |
TELL ME AGAIN WHY I SHOULD SIT |
GRrrrrrr.... |
...WOOF, WOOF! |
Friday, 8:15 AM. 17 degrees, wind NW, calm. The sky is partly cloudy with very high, thin gray clouds. The barometer is heading up. This is the coldest it has been yet this fall.
Buddy is working out nicely. He sleeps all night in his crate, he hasn’t had any accidents and has become much less skittish. He loves going for walks and playing on the porch with his toys and pretty well entertains himself. It has become obvious to us that Buddy is little more than a puppy. He doesn’t care much about being told to sit, but is learning “come” and “stay” pretty well. He walks on a leash nicely and is learning to heal. It will be a while before I will trust him off a lead, but we will start working on that soon.
