GARDEN VIEW LODGINGThursday, 7:15 AM. 56 degrees, wind WNW, calm. The channel is glassy, the sky almost cloudless. The barometer again predicts rain. Hope springs eternal, I guess, even in the soul of a computer chip.
I soaked the gardens and lawns yesterday, and poppies, Iris, clematis and peonies are all blooming. Even though I have a lot of weeding ad trimming to do, the aspect is really quite beautiful. If the bones are good, the details will take a lot of abuse.
