Tuesday, 8:15 AM. 53 degrees, wind WNW, calm. The sky is mostly clear with a few high, scattered white/gray clouds. The barometer still predicts rain, but it is obviously a very weak, slow moving front.
More scarecrows, no additional comment needed.
I saw three turkeys on the logging road to my deer stand, a first. I hope they multiply!
Today we start planting 7,000 daffodils around Bayfield, we've got to get them in before bad weather suddenly sets in.
