ICE BLOWN ONTO BEACH IN ASHLAND FROM CHEQUAMEGON BAY
Wednesday, 9:00 AM.  32 degrees F, wind NE, with light to medium gusts.  The sky wears a low overcast.  The humidity is 92% after a trace of rain last night.  The barometer stands at 30.12" and has begun to fall.
Sustained east and north winds have blown floating lake ice onto area beaches and shores that had been clear of it.
It's an ill wind that blows nobody some ice.
