A FINE DA Y DAWNING
A FEW FORSYTHIA BRANCHES...
AND THE FIRST DAFFODILS
Thursday, 7:15 AM. 43.5 degrees, wind W, calm. The sky is clear except for some dark clouds on the extreme SE horizon. The barometer predicts partly cloudy skies.
The first daffodils are blooming, and a few Forsythia branches along the south wall of the house. Although it seems early, this is exactly the same as last year.
We are going to Northwoods Nursery in Rhinelander today to pick up plants for the shoreline mitigation project I mentioned a few days ago. It is an all day trip but it is a beautiful day to do it.
