IT PROMISES TO BE A NICE DAY
EARLY TULIPS HAVE BEGUN TO BLOOM
HORSETAILS DOING THEIR THING AS WELL
Saturday, 8:45 AM. 46 degrees, wind NW, light with some stronger gusts. The sky is partly cloudy with some haze, but is clearing. The barometer predicts the same and it promises to be a nice day.
More things are beginning to bloom now; tulips, hyacinths, grape hyacinths. The little scouring rushes pictured are primitive, non-flowering plants that bear their spores in a capsule atop a modified stem. It's really a spring thing.
