A PORCH SITTIN' MORNINGFriday, 7:15 AM. 67 degrees, wind calm. The sky is cloudless but hazy. The barometer predicts rain but I hope not for a day or two. Yesterday afternoon it turned very warm, as though summer was actually arriving.
Eva, Doug and the kids hiked at Copper Falls State Park yesterday and had a fine time. It is a beautiful place. Today will be a beach day for the kids. Summer is really here.
