ALLISON AND HER BUDDY AT THE BEACH |
MIGHT AS WELL GET WET |
A BAYFIELD TREASURE |
LOTS OF BOATS |
A LAKE FREIGHTER PILOT HOUSE |
Sunday, 8:00 AM. 62 degrees F, wind WNW, light. The sky is mostly overcast with high gray clouds and the humidity is 54%. The barometer predicts rain but I think not until much later or tomorrow.
A four year old is a full time job. Along with walks and trips to the playground yesterday we spent time at the beach getting wet with Buddy, and best of all went to the Bayfield Maritime Museum at the Marina. I had not been there for several years, and it is rejuvenated with additional educational displays, is open more and longer summer ours, and in general is a Bayfield treasure. It is run by volunteers, there is no admission charge (but is worthy of a generous donation). It has some really nice boat displays, concentrates on Great Lakes and local fisheries, shipping, and ship wrecks. Don’t miss it when you visit.
We are all going to go to church this morning if we can get our act together. But that may be more than a four year old can handle.
Politics? Never on Sunday!
